What does the assessment cost?

Nothing. Tell me what's eating your time, and my reply will include at least one idea you can use, whether or not we work together.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. I start with the tools you already have and only suggest something new when it clearly pays for itself.

Do I ever need to get on a call?

Not to get started. The assessment and the fixed-price proposal both happen by email, so you have everything in writing.

Do you only work near Tonganoxie?

I'm happy to meet in person around Leavenworth County and the Kansas City area, and most of the work can be done remotely.

Is my data safe with you?

I'll sign an NDA before looking at your systems, use only the access a project needs, and document everything so you're never locked in to me.

What if automation isn't the answer?

Then I'll tell you in my reply. Sometimes the fix is a settings change or a better spreadsheet, and that's fine too.
